Dr. Tait is trained as a quantitative geneticist who has held positions in academia, government, and industry. He is Director of Genetics Product Development at Neogen’s Genomics Division headquarters in Lincoln, NE. Dr. Tait leads teams who develop the GeneSeek Genomic Profiler portfolio of SNP arrays for genomic selection in many agricultural species as well as the Igenity products which convert genomic data to information for selection, breeding, and management decisions in commercial beef and dairy cattle.
