The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will be hosting a webinar on August 29, 2023 at 10 am EDT as part of its AMR Exchange series. The webinar, Vaccines: A Critical Tool in the Fight Against Antimicrobial Resistance, will highlight the importance of vaccines as an effective tool to prevent antimicrobial resistance through preventing infections, which reduces the need for antibiotics, as well as through reducing infection duration or severity and transmission.
