Dr. Erika Ganda: Since joining as Assistant Professor of Food Animal Microbiomes in 2019, my career has been dedicated to addressing key global challenges in animal health, production efficiency, and antimicrobial resistance through a One Health perspective.
Dr. Edward G. Dudley: I joined Penn State in 2007 where I am a professor of Food Science and a director of the E. Coli Reference Center and the Dudley Lab. I am also a member of the American Society for Microbiology and the International Association of Food Protection. I have written for many peer-reviewed publications during my tenure at Penn State.
Dr Elizabeth A. Hines: I am an animal physiology scientist with 15+ years of academic training and 10+ years of practical, hands-on experience in the swine industry, focused on commercial research.
Nkuchia M’ikanatha is Lead Epidemiologist for Antimicrobial Resistance Response at the Pennsylvania Department of Health. He is an Adjunct Scholar at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. Dr. M’ikanatha is the Principal Investigator for Pennsylvania-based research in collaboration with the National Antimicrobial Resistance Monitoring System supported by the Food and Drug Administration through NIH. M’ikanatha serves as an Associate Editor for Emerging Infectious Diseases, responsible for book and other media reviews.
