Sarah Al-Mazroa Smith, is the Education and Training Coordinator at the National Institute for Antimicrobial Resistance Research and Education (NIAMRRE) where she is involved in a variety of projects such as implementing research projects, developing continuing education curriculum for producers, and facilitating Interprofessional Collaboration Education (IPE) programs for professionals. She also is an Evaluation Specialist for Iowa State University- Agriculture and Natural Resources Extension and Outreach where she provides faculty and staff with program development and evaluation support. Dr. Al-Mazroa Smith’s expertise is in agricultural education with a specialization in extension education where she focuses on curriculum development, needs assessments, and program evaluation with a variety of audiences.
